Over the past year, we took the time to do some soul searching and re-evaluate our goals as a company in the luxury hospitality space. We re-assessed our values and while doing so, saw some major opportunities and disparities that could no longer be disregarded. So, we made a conscious decision to refocus our offerings and shake things up a bit.
We want to serve people who are passionate about elevating their hospitality business with better events systems or design elements. We also want to help more people see the world, regardless of their physical or financial restraints. Our commitment to luxury expands beyond the quality of service we provide, but we also aim to give you the luxury of time, a balanced life and a peace of mind by taking on projects that you simply may be struggling to do on your own. We understand that it takes a village to really prosper in life and in business. So let us help you expand in your business, travel or both!

Meet The Team

CO-FOUNDER | EVENT & TRAVEL DIRECTOR
Jasmine, a native of Baltimore, MD, originally moved to New York with dreams of pursuing a career in fashion merchandising, but quickly discovered that she prefers producing events versus apparel. Her first commission came while working as a Brand-Marketing Intern at Versatile Studios. The event titled, Conde Nast Traveler presents Rickshaw Wallah by Greg Vore, shed light on the poor working conditions of rickshaw drivers in India. Given a small budget, Jasmine and her team of colleagues became resourceful and secured sponsorships, a free venue, volunteers and even a partnership with a local 501c3 to secure the sponsorships and further enhance the dynamic of the event.
It was from there that she knew her calling was in helping others through hospitality. In her corporate event experiences, she went on to serve as a Décor Assistant with a florist at the famed Waldorf Astoria, a Conference Center Coordinator at Columbia University and then Venue Event Manager at a local upscale lounge in midtown Manhattan, where she got the opportunity to work on some major events with notable clients like Showtime, Tribeca Film Festival, FOX Network, T-Mobile and the list goes on.
In 2018, she started Jazpar Management (then Jazpar Events) as a part time hustle doing mostly weddings and other small productions for family and friends. The following year, after planning some personal and family trips, she realized that events were just a spectrum of the way she could help people achieve their goals of happiness through major life experiences. She then began to plot Jazpar’s segway into the travel industry until the events of 2020 occurred, giving her and the budding Jazpar team much time to plan out their new travel services, which were launched in 2022. She is excited to continue this journey of planning events and travel on an elevated level for everyday people.
In her spare time, Jasmine enjoys gardening, reading both fiction and non fictional literature and (of course) traveling.

CO-FOUNDER | CREATIVE DIRECTOR
As a partner of Jazpar Management, Robyn-Jade merges her event decor, interior design and strategic marketing management experience into one exciting role that helps clients reach their full potential in creating an event that is unique to them. She attributes a lot of what she does to her upbringing in CapeTown, South Africa. Robyn grew up in a family of creatives. She often worked with her uncle’s catering and events business, studied her father who is in carpentry & construction and learned a lot about sales and marketing through her mother who is a top real estate agent in Cape Town.
On her own, Robyn has led as the head of public relations & strategic planning for various non-profit organizations and corporations, co-owned a packaging company and even once managed a local boy band in her hometown. Aside from Jazpar, she also does interior design for private homes and social media management for small businesses and non-profits.
Robyn-Jade ,who is evidently not a one-trick pony, was always destined to create possibilities beyond the norm. She’s truly a jack of all trades when it comes to out-of-the-box thinking, cooking, designing, and building. Internally, we call her “Rob the Builder”.
She loves to cook for her loved ones, enjoying local cultural events around her new home in Baltimore and reading.

EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT
With an extensive background in office management in various industries across Cape Town, South Africa, Bianca joined our team with a rich knowledge of how to operate a growing business. She brings her experience of working with other budding CEOs to help Jazpar expand to the next level. She holds a Bachelors of Human Sciences degree in Communication Science and Psychology, which comes in handy for when our team and our Clients need a little energy boost and words of encouragement.
Aside from Jazpar, Bianca is an avid runner, she enjoys cooking traditional South African meals, learning French and spending quality time with her family.
