
Event Design
Our Event Designer carefully curates each event by using the canvas given and enhancing it in a way you may not have thought possible. Part of the design & production process is:
Designing floorplan/ event layout including any seating arrangements provided by the Client
Liaising with the venue/location on logistics of the design plan
Sourcing & acquiring materials needed to create the décor and meet setup needs
Managing and executing décor and rental setup and breakdown
Inventory management (i.e. furniture rentals, additional florals, etc.)
Swag bag assembly (additional fees may apply if extra hands are needed)
Assisting with event stationary design, production and printing (i.e. Invitation, Place-Card and Menu Card)
