Event Design

Our Event Designer carefully curates each event by using the canvas given and enhancing it in a way you may not have thought possible. Part of the design & production process is:


  • Designing floorplan/ event layout including any seating arrangements provided by the Client

  • Liaising with the venue/location on logistics of the design plan

  • Sourcing & acquiring materials needed to create the décor and meet setup needs

  • Managing and executing décor and rental setup and breakdown

  • Inventory management (i.e. furniture rentals, additional florals, etc.)

  • Swag bag assembly (additional fees may apply if extra hands are needed)

  • Assisting with event stationary design, production and printing (i.e. Invitation, Place-Card and Menu Card)
