Specifically for Event Planning & Décor, we can plan everything for you virtually, basically giving you the tools you need to go out there and meet vendors, do site visits and put everything together on the day(s)-of the event. Or we can consult, providing you our basic online tools to organize amongst you and your own personal planning committee. This looks like:
Initiating & managing communications with venues & vendors (we will only work with you on food, beverage & rental vendors in this package)
Assisting with sourcing accommodations (for events & travel)
Transportation coordination (for events & travel)
Providing professional input where necessary (i.e. when to negotiate pricing, knowing insurance needs, etc.)
Access to our online in-house management tool to guide you along the planning journey
