EVENT DESIGN
We carefully curate each event by using the canvas given and enhancing it in a way you may not have thought possible. This includes (but is not limited to) the following:
Designing floorplan/ event layout including any seating arrangements provided by the Client
Liaising with venue/location on logistics of the design plan
Sourcing & acquiring materials needed to create the décor and meet setup needs
Managing and executing décor and rental setup and breakdown
Inventory management (keeping track of furniture rentals, additional florals, etc.)
Swag bag assembly
Assisting with event stationary design, production and printing (i.e. Invitation, Place-Card and Menu Card)
