EVENT CONSULTING
If you feel you can take on the task of planning your special event and just need guidance or minor assistance, we’re happy to consult with you by giving you the tools you need to coordinate with vendors, do site visits and put everything together for the day(s)-of your event. This includes:
Initiating communications with venues & select vendors (vendors include food, beverage, decor rental where needed)
Providing a list of accommodations within the location for you to contact on your own
Providing professional input where necessary (when to negotiate pricing, knowing insurance needs, etc.)
